Stan graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. After working for a State Court Judge in New York and completing a lengthy internship at a prestigious New York personal injury law firm, he attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. During Stan’s internship at the Georgia Department of Public Safety, he developed a unique familiarity and expertise in matters relating to driver’s license issues and was influential in drafting legislation regarding drivers licensing in Georgia.
Though his past clients include celebrities, during the last 30 years Stan has represented a wide variety of clients who have suffered personal injuries caused by automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, industrial accidents, and medical malpractice. Over the course of the years he has practiced in New York, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. His practice also includes Business Law as well as Criminal representation.
Stanley was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1977, and is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Atlanta and Cobb County Bar Associations and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel. In July of 2008 he was appointed to the Fee Arbitration Panel of the State Bar of Georgia.
